2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually will takes about1 -3 working days for Malaysia and other country delivery will take 3 - 5 working days.
3. I received an incorrect item.

4. Can I choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for pre-order items?
We truly apologize as COD is not applicable for pre-order items.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
5. I received my order, but one of them is missing. What do I do?
